All reservations require a down payment of 1-day’s worth of the room fee. Down payments should be made at least 7 days before the Check-In Date. Reservations will automatically be cancelled if we do not receive any down payment before the deadline.

Any cancellations on booking should be made at least 2 days before the scheduled Check-In Date in order to receive a refund of the down payment. Failure to cancel by the deadline forfeits your refund.
