Terms and Conditions

Ivory Pension House Management has the right to refuse customers who do not follow our general rules and terms and conditions.

General Rules:

  1. All rooms are non-smoking.
  2. Pets are not allowed.
  3. Strong/foul smelling fruits or drinks are prohibited.
  4. Firearms are not allowed in the premises.
  5. 7 days notice is required to reserve a room. Less than 7 days will not guarantee that a room is available.

Room Prices:

All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Check In/Out Times:

Check in starts at 1:00PM

Check out at 12:00NN

Room Inclusions:

Toiletries are not included in the room rates. We want to give you sensible value during your stay so you choose to pay only for the toiletries you need, sold separately at the reception area.

Extra Person Charge:

Extra person charge is P200 per head, maximum of 1 per room. Children below 120cm in height will be charged 50% off of the extra person rate (P100/child).

Extra Bed Charge:

Extra bed charge is 300php per head (whether adult or child), maximum of 1 per room. The extra bed charge comes with an additional towel.

Payment:

All reservations require a down payment of 1-day’s worth of the room fee. Down payments should be made at least 7 days before the Check-In Date. Reservations will automatically be cancelled without prior communication if we do not receive any down payment before the deadline.

Any cancellations on bookings should be made at least 2 days before the scheduled Check-In Date in order to receive a refund of the down payment. Failure to cancel by the deadline forfeits your refund.
